How does the 30-day free trial work?

Sign up for any of our plans. If you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged a thing. If you do choose to cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds can not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don’t prorate for partial months.

What is the set-up fee?

Because it takes a bit of work to set you up, we do charge a $149 one time set up fee. If you decide to sign-up annually versus monthly we’ll waive that fee. Don’t worry though - if you cancel a paying plan within 30 days of signing up you won’t be charged the set-up fee (or anything else).

Can I change plans at any time?

Yep. Simply drop us a note at support@testimonialdirector.com or call 1-877-ENGAGE-U (364-2438).

Do I have to sign a long term contract?

No. Testimonial Director is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again. Because it makes our lives easier managing on-going payment, we do offer savings if you sign-up annually: we'll wave the $149 set up fee!

Do I pay transaction fees?

Nope. No matter how many times your customers submit feedback or your prospects view testimonials, you pay the same.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently we accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept PayPal.

Your data is safe and secure
